Effective Date: January 1, 2026. Every NervEase order is backed by a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, return your bottles (even empty) within 90 days for a full product refund.

  • Any package size: 2, 3, or 6 bottles
  • Both opened and unopened bottles
  • Even completely empty bottles

❌ What's Not Covered

  • Original outbound shipping costs
  • Return shipping (customer responsibility)
  • Orders older than 90 days from delivery
  • Purchases from third-party retailers (Amazon, etc.)

How to Request a Refund - 4 Steps

    Email Customer Care

    Send an email to support@nerveaselab.com within 90 days of delivery. Include your order number (begins with NE-) and the name on the order.

    Receive Your RMA

    Within 1 business day, our team will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed.

  3. 03

    Ship Your Bottles Back

    Pack all bottles securely (opened, unopened, partial, or empty) and ship to the address provided. We strongly recommend a tracked shipping service.

  4. 04

    Receive Your Refund

    Once we receive your return, we send a confirmation email within 1 business day. Refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
