How to Request a Refund - 4 Steps

Email Customer Care
Send an email to support@nerveaselab.com within 90 days of delivery. Include your order number (begins with NE-) and the name on the order.

Receive Your RMA
Within 1 business day, our team will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed.

Ship Your Bottles Back
Pack all bottles securely (opened, unopened, partial, or empty) and ship to the address provided. We strongly recommend a tracked shipping service.

Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return, we send a confirmation email within 1 business day. Refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
This refund policy applies only to purchases made directly through nerveaselab.com or authorized NervEase Lab checkout pages. Purchases through third-party retailers are governed by those retailers' refund policies.
